Application Process:

Applications are submitted online only. Applicants must provide the following:

  • $50 application fee due for each applicant (non-refundable)
  • Pay stubs for the last two pay periods or an offer letter
  • Uploaded PDF of photo ID

Our application process takes up to 72 hours; once all applications for a residence are processed, we place the property under the status, “Application Registered” until your application is fully approved.

Maintenance:

All maintenance requests must be submitted through your tenant portal that will be created once you are fully approved and move into your new home. You will have your own user name and password. Once a maintenance request is received by our department, one of our contractors will contact you within 24-48 hours to diagnose/address your request(s).

Rent Payments:

All rent payments are required to be paid online and must be received by the due date stated in your lease. Any payment made after the 5th of the month will be assessed a late fee. Please refer to your lease agreement for details.
